We've proven that only ten minutes of exercise per day is necessary to be physically fit 

We have successfully challenged the traditional fitness paradigm, which says that in order to get and stay physically fit, one must exercise a minimum of thirty minutes a day—by proving that only ten minutes is necessary, if done properly. We have further proven that more people are more likely to get fit, and stay fit longer, if they develop the habit of exercising for only ten minutes a day.

We further believe that a ten minute per day exercise program is ideal for Christians, because it is a time efficient and balanced approach to physical stewardship. For those who are currently spending thirty minutes a day or more on physical fitness, our ten minute program gives them more time to spend on spiritual fitness.(Eph. 5:15-17) For those who are not spending any time on physical fitness, our program gives them a no more excuses solution to physical stewardship.
